When "surfing" the web about information for smart boards, I came across the web site - http://www.smarttech.com/st/en-us/support , which I found very helpful for finding out different software I would need to upload in order to use the smartboards correctly. This website, Smart Technologies, supplies information concerning support for the software such as classroom managment software, conferencing software, conceptmapping software...etc.

The Smart Technologies web site also provides information on how to go about training yourself to use smartboards. The web site allows you to access free training materials and also sign up for LIVE online training sessions. They also list places and events where there will be smartboard training sessions being held at a conference center.

The last aspect of the web site that I found to be useful, when I begin using smartboards as a teacher, is a link on where I can buy the iteam and how much it costs.

Overall, I found the Smart Techn ologies web site useful because it had all the information I need to know and understand about smart boards before I even begin using them!
